Registration Policies

REGISTRATION DEADLINE

Teams must register for events by noon Tuesday for the upcoming weekend to be guaranteed a spot on the schedule.

SCHEDULE REQUESTS

Schedule requests will be considered but are NOT GUARANTEED. They must be submitted on CYBN website by Monday prior to the weekend event to be considered.

WEEKLY SCHEDULE PROCESS

MONDAY PRIOR TO TOURNAMENT WEEKEND
• Roster of teams is final! (except for openings to fill divisions)

TUESDAY NIGHT/WEDNESDAY MORNING
• PRELIM Schedule is completed and openings determined and posted to the website

WEDNESDAY NIGHT
• Final Schedule posted on-line by Wednesday Night

REFUND POLICY

NO REFUNDS If your team is on the registered on Tuesday before the tournament date.

There will be no refund in the case of a forfeited game. The CYBN does not have control of forfeits and therefore cannot guarantee a refund for any forfeited games when the opposing team is a no show.

CHANGING YOUR TOURNAMENT DATES

Tournament dates can be changed in your account up until 9 days Prior to the tournament weekend.

Requests can be made in the system until Monday before the tournament

Both can be done using the MY SCHEDULE menu

INSTRUCTIONS FOR EDITING YOUR TOURNAMENT DATES OR ADDING A REQUEST

Go to http://www.cybntournaments.com
Login to your account
Go to “MY SCHEDULE” tab
Find the tournament that needs to be changed, and click “Edit” on the far right column. For a request, click Request (be very specific when wording your request)
Then Select the tournament that you wish to switch to.
Click Save

TOURNAMENT CANCELLATION POLICY

IT IS EXTREMELY RARE FOR A TOURNAMENT TO BE CANCELLED. There are NO REFUNDS for teams who do not attend a scheduled tournament. In the rare case, if facilities are closed due to EXTREME weather or reasons beyond CYBN control, teams may reschedule their tournament within the same season. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR WEATHER RELATED CANCELLATIONS.
